Have you got a recipe or nutrition tip that you would like to share with the world?

THE WORLD WANTS TO SEE YOUR RECIPE

If you are like most people then you probably have a family recipe; some folklore that you take for granted, or a nutrition tip that you like to tell others about. Please take this opportunity to post it on this website so that others may also benefit from your knowledge.

RECIPE GUIDELINES

  • Use natural wholefoods.
  • No white sugar.
  • No soy products except fermented soy products such as tempeh, miso and soy sauce.
  • No hydrogenated oils, margarine, soy oil, corn oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil or canola oil.
  • No junk food ingredients.
  • Nuts, seeds and grains need to be soaked, sprouted, fermented or naturally leavened in some way (sourdough).
  • Milk should be raw. Pasteurised milk needs to fermented in some way - e.g. with kefir. Ideally cream and butter should be raw or cultured.

NOTES ON COPYRIGHT

The list of ingredients in a recipe are not subject to copyright protection. Neither can an idea, concept or method. However, the literary description of how to make the recipe can be copyrighted. It can help to use different quantities of ingredients and to change some of the ingredients slightly, for example use raw milk rather than pasteurised, or honey in place of sugar. You might also want to give it a new name. Make sure that you clearly reference any sources and if necessary indicate how you modified the recipe.
