Lentil and Nut Loaf Recipe
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS 2. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30 mins or until lentils are soft. Add more liquid if dry, cool slightly. 3. Heat the over to 180 C or 350 F 4. Stir in the bread crumbs then the remaining ingredients. Mix well and spoon into a greased 2lb loaf tin and cook for 1 hour, in medium oven.
NOTES: I used couscous instead of bread crumbs and added some poppy seeds, also some pumpkin. Next time I added some yogurt. It tastes delicious. REFERENCES: Sent to me from a friend in Wales. Mary. AUTHOR:
